Role Overview

We are on the hunt for a productive individual who is looking to grow within a small business, to join our team as our Administrative Analyst. The role requires someone to be dynamic, nimble and seek efficiency at every opportunity


Reporting directly to the Head of the People Team, our Admin Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Director, Food Director, and Operations Director. This multifaceted role involves various responsibilities, including but not limited to:


Team Administration: Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the Leadership Team, this will include a wide array of tasks including printing, document management and coordinating supply orders.

Recruitment Support: Post job adverts and screen applicants for vacant roles to support our teams across multiple sites.

Administration Analyst: Collaborate with our Systems Analyst to generate comprehensive reports for the head office team, including people, food, and operations.

People Team Support: Contribute to weekly reporting on aspects such as turnover, training completion, and holiday accrual. Additionally, assist in the creation of training videos for our internal platform, Sideways. Managing the fortnightly payroll.

Leadership Team Administration: Coordinate calendars, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items for our Leadership Team's regular meetings.

Menu Launch Assistance: Play a vital role in the successful launch of our quarterly menu changes.

Events Coordination: Act as a key facilitator in organising team parties throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution within established timelines and budgets.

Provide Feedback: Whilst enjoying time in our Lantana sites, you will provide valuable insight from a customer perspective.


What we are looking for in the perfect candidate:


o Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

o Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.

o Experience with coordinating diverse tasks and working to tight deadlines to produce output to a high quality in a timely manner

o A proactive and collaborative approach to team support and problem-solving.

o Financial and business acumen would be beneficial to be successful in the role.

o Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is essential.

o Ability to plan, think ahead, and react to business changes quickly and effectively.

o Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has flexibility in their approach with willingness to expand responsibilities to deliver to the business.
